| Ken and Touch of Class DJ's are very professional and know how to do a Bar Mitzvah. We used them in 2006 for our older son and have already booked him for our younger son's bar mitzvah in 2010. We have recommended Ken to many of our friends and many of our friends have used him and TOCDJ. We have always had a great time at these events. We have been to many B'nai Mitzvahs in Massachusetts, Canada, New York and Maryland. While the DJ's have been good, they were not great and did not continuously keep the kids engaged or entertained. We were at a fabulous Bar Mitzvah in NY, which had a DJ and live band but no entertainment for the kids. Even the adults have a great time at the events where Ken and his crew are booked. | We used Ken Cosco and his Touch of Class service for my son's bar mitzvah. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. He took extensive time to investigate with my husband and me exactly how we envisioned the party running, and then took that vision and made it real, except that it was better than we had imagined. I'm sure this is due to his vast experience in planning and running the entertainment component of his customers' celebrations. He was able to tailor the party to our requirements, while providing numerous suggestions for improvements but not pushing them on us. He also took time to get specific input from my son regarding the music, games, and other elements HE wanted included as well. His coordination with the photographer and videographer were critical to not only the success of the party, but also to our continued and ongoing enjoyment of the experience now, six months later. Because everything was so well coordinated, we were able to capture photos and videos of everything that happened and relive it all, even the moments we missed because we were in another corner of the room. Ken's energy and enthusiasm were contagious and felt by all of our guests of every age, from my 5-year-old niece to my 93-year-old grandfather (who, yes, was up there on the dance floor most of the night!). When we signed the contract, we did not truly understand the need for the "dance motivators" that came with our package. However, watching the video afterwards made it extremely clear how important they were to keeping all the kids involved, included, and enjoying themselves. | Ken Cosco and his company, A Touch Of Class DJs (ATOC) have been the most professional, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile group I have ever worked with or contimplated working with. Ken ran my son's bar mitzvah in 2004 and my daughter's bat mitzvah in 2007. He and those he works with went out of their way. They did everything to make both events truly spectacular. They took into consideration every want and desire of what my children liked and wanted at their milestone events. They are extremely aware and caring of older family members; they think three steps ahead of you, anticipating what you might like; they make suggestions if you want them and they accommodate your every wish if you need their creativity. They are up on all the state of the art equipment, new games, songs, ideas. We can't say enough. They truly made our children's parties. Ken said to me, "...anything, anytime". And he stands by his word. At my son's bar mitzvah, we were missing candles. It fell through the cracks of the hotel and party planner. Ken was on the phone, ready and willing to send someone out to find them. At my daughter's bat mitzvah we had an adult night and they worked willingly and graciously along with a band, then they gave it their all at my daughter's kid party. Ken's business contacts allows him to work with other vendors to give you exactly what you want and to honestly answer if something will bring your cost up unnecessarily. If you want the newest and best, he will deliver. We saw something at a cousin's party in New York that Ken did not have at that moment. No problem, he procured it. Conversely, if you want to stick to a particular budget, he won't even tempt you with ideas that will raise your cost. He is totally respectful of your needs as the paying parents as well. Ken has to be one of the most energetic people I know. Always staying ahead, keeping up to date, giving every event 100%+++. If you have requests of any kind, Ken is there to help you and all your guests. I would never consider any other party without having Ken there. | Ken and A Touch of Class DJ's have been providing parties for my child care centers for the past 7 years. Though I realize that the majority of Ken's business is much more lucrative than the 2 hour parties four times a year at my centers, he and his staff have given us nothing but superb quality and service. My parties are geared for famiies with young chidren. It is difficult to keep parents and children entertained, but Ken and his staff are fantastic. The music, the games, the dancing, and the interacting bring the whole evening together. Recently we hired Ken and A Touch of Class for our Fantasy Casino night for our staff. As the Executive Director, it was wonderful to go to the party, spend ten minutes with Ken to go over things and then sit back and enjoy myself. If you want to spend less money and get less service, that is your decision. However, Ken and his staff are worth every penny, as far as I am concerned. | My first experience with ATOC was at my sister's wedding 8 years ago. They were very professional and, most importantly, had the dance floor packed all night long. I then hired them for my wedding 5 years ago. I never even considered looking for another company to use. Their attention to detail was impressive, to say the least. Their input in the decisions that needed to be made was beyond helpful. Even when I made last minute changes (I'm talking during cocktail hour!) they were right on top of things. My wedding would not have been the same if I hired anyone else. My brother proceeded to hire them again for his wedding 2 years ago, and I am currently working with them for another very important event - my father's retirement party...How many of us have been to an event where everyone just sits in their seats? Boring! I personally wasted many dollars over the years, before meeting ATOC, on entertainers who were awful! You get what you pay for and, given the amazing services and great entertainment from ATOC, it is worth every penny and then some. I received comments for months after my wedding from guests who were so impressed with the entertainment. Also, ATOC DJs offers priceless input and advice in helping to plan your event, but in no way do they try to put you into a package deal, for weddings or anything else. They work with you to plan your event, to make it yours, and to make it then best it can be. | I first learned about the A Touch of Class DJs while in the process of planning a high school semi-formal dance. I wanted to do something special to make the dance stand out, so, after doing lots and lots of research into other high end DJs in the area, I decided to go with Ken and ATOCDJs. I was very happy I did. The entire team was extremely courteous and professional and went out of their way to make sure things were going well the whole night. The sound/light/video setup was by far the best I have ever seen and even exceeded my extremely high expectations. With regards to the most important factor - how well the DJ was liked by the students at the dance - the response was overwhelmingly positive.
