Team Building

Corporate team building is a great way to enhance moral while strengthening camaraderie.

How It Works

1. How it Works
Start with an Olympics Framework. This includes a Disc Jockey to run the music, a Master of Ceremonies to run the dance floor, an Activities Director to run the flow of the event and limit the formation of lines, and a Game Central location. Game Central is a point tracking tote board with a roaming staff member to assist activities and handle prizes.

2. Add unique activities, typically 3-7, to add the element of fun. Some of the creative activities consist of the following:

hoverball

Double Shot Basketball Human Foosball
Robotic Boxing Obstacle Course
Speed Pitch Gladiator Joust
Velcro Wall Airhose Hockey
Bungee Run Bouncy Boxing
Cash Cube Wrecking Ball
Hover Ball Hover Baseball

3. Registration
We register your guests and hand out locking wristbands to signify team assignments. Individual names are then placed on tournament bracket for any solo competitions.

4. Competitions
We balance the larger items with activities on the dance floor or common area. Points are awarded to winners in all activities. The dancing and activities on the dance floor are balanced based on your specifications.

5. Final Winners
The points are tabulated throughout the event and all of the members of the winning teams receive prizes. Also, the solo tournament victors receive awards.

All Items are professionally staffed, registered, and insured for guests’ safety.

“Dance Floor” Team Building

Combine music with a number of activities that can be done in a smaller space.  Wristbands are still used to divide into teams.  Focus is now exclusively on the floor.
Choose from tame games like Word Association, Name That Tune, and Useless Information Trivia or crazy, fun games like Parade Of Beauties, Walla-Balla, or Popcorn.
Points are given to winners of each game.  Prizes are awarded to the winning team at the end of the event.

Mind Bending Team Building

Longer based games like Raise The Marshmallow, Human Puzzle, and Super Scrabble are used to test teams communication and problem solving ability.  Prizes are awarded to the winners of each game, and the teams can be changed between each activity if desired.

"How much space do you need to run a full Olympics?"
Most Olympics are held inside. Our equipment will not cause any damage to the walls or floor of the function hall.

"What if my guests want to dance instead of compete?"

There is actually more time for dancing with an Olympics because we usually perform fewer activities on the dance floor which allows more time for dancing.

Top

"What if our guests are dressed up?"
You can leave the decision up to us or choose one person that you like from a list of experienced M.C.'s, assuming they are available at the time of your booking.

"What does a complete Olympics package cost?"

That depends on many details, but for most 4 hour Olympics the rates range from $3100-$7000 complete with framework and 3-5 pieces. Most 4-piece Olympics with framework are approximately $4000.

"How many staff members does it take to run a complete Olympics?"
The framework starts with four staff members, and each piece has at least one person. The rate for each piece includes staff to operate it and liability (where applicable).

"Can someone get hurt doing some of these items?"
Theoretically, it is possible to get hurt on some of the larger pieces, but if the events are handled with care, the chances are minimal. We have never had any serious injury on any piece that we have used on any location. Plus, we have a $1,000,000 liability policy for each of the contact and inflatable pieces in the event of any misfortune. Also, we have a blanket $1,000,000 policy for any event with a sound system. So, $2,000,000 covers pieces like the Velcro Wall and Bungee Run.
